Kennel Boarding - Only £65
When you have to be away for an extended period, our kennel boarding service ensures your dog has a safe and nurturing environment. Our spacious, climate-controlled kennels are designed for comfort, and our attentive staff is dedicated to providing your dog with all the love and care they deserve. With daily exercise, playtime, and special attention, they will feel right at home.

Your dog’s health and wellbeing are our top priorities. That’s why we offer on-site vet visits to ensure your pet receives the best care without the stress of traveling. We’re excited to announce the opening of our brand new 32ft dog swimming pool, designed especially for your furry friends to splash, play, and exercise in a safe, fun environment, your time slot also includes use of all activities that are in the area, sand pit, balls and trampoline. !
Whether it’s for a refreshing dip on a hot day, or just a chance to burn off some energy, our pool is the perfect spot for dogs of all shapes and sizes. You can book your session directly via our easy-to-use booking calendar – choose a time that suits you and let your pup enjoy their very own swimming adventure.

Terms & Conditions
1. Private Hire & Pool Use
When you book with us, you are reserving private use of the pool for you and your dogs only. No additional people or pets may attend unless this has been agreed in advance.
To keep our facilities clean and safe, we kindly ask that dogs arrive reasonably clean and brushed where possible to minimise loose hair and dirt entering the water.
Owners are welcome to join their dogs in the pool at their own risk. Lifejackets for dogs are not available at this moment.
Please note: arriving late will shorten your session, as we must run on time for other customers.
2. Owner Responsibilities
While on site, owners are responsible for their dogs at all times.

Dogs must remain on a lead except when inside the pool area. The whole of phase one is included in the swim time slot. Once your time slot is finished please ensure your dog is on the lead in preparation of leaving the area and walking back to your car.

Clean up after your dog promptly. Waste bags are available if needed—just ask a member of staff.

While we take every precaution to maintain a secure environment, Pampered Pooches cannot be held liable for any accidents, injuries, loss, or damage to persons, animals, or vehicles whilst on our premises.
3. Dog Health & Eligibility
For the safety of all visitors, only dogs in good health may use the pool. Dogs showing signs of illness, injury, or contagious conditions (such as kennel cough or skin infections) will not be permitted.
4. Specific Breeds & Legal Requirements
Dogs listed under the Dangerous Dogs Act (including XL Bullies and Pit Bull types) are welcome, provided they are legally exempt and fully compliant with UK legislation.

These dogs may only attend private sessions.

They must be muzzled and on a lead at all times outside the pool area.

Owners must carry proof of exemption and valid public liability insurance.
Pampered Pooches holds full insurance for hosting these sessions.
5. Water Safety & Awareness
We encourage owners to monitor their dogs closely while swimming to avoid excessive water ingestion, which in rare cases can lead to water intoxication.
Please also note: If water temperature drops below 12°C, we will cancel and refund your session as swimming could pose a hypothermia risk for dogs.
6. Supervision & General Safety
Please supervise your dog throughout your visit to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
7. Cancellations, Reschedules & Refunds
We operate a 24-hour notice policy for cancellations and reschedules:

Cancel at least 24 hours before your session to receive a full refund or to reschedule.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable
